Answers
1. Assignments given by the company to the BlackBerry users. They can include all kind of information like name of customer, address where a package has to be delivered etc.
2. Predefined forms accessible by the BlackBerry users that can be filled from the device to give information to the company. The reports include different attributes like text, signatures, bar codes or images.
3. Updates given by the users giving information about their current status. Examples are eating or waiting for cargo to be unloaded.

5. The phase of a task is an update given by the BlackBerry user to inform the office about the progress of the task. Examples are package delivered, in a traffic jam or finished.
6. Go to Status+ -> Reports -> Types of reports and click create. Fill in the information, choose the attributes you need and add them by clicking add. Finally click save.
a. In the edit report menu fill in a name, choose the type of attribute, decide whether you need multiple choice and add a default value if you need it. Then click add.
b. A value that is automatically included in the attribute.
c. In the types of report menu click the edit- or delete-icon and change the information you want.
d. Attributes like text, integer, date, decimal, time, yes/not, list of options, image, blank space, line, head, signature or bar code can be added.

7. Go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Statuses of tasks and click the create-icon. Optionally you can link a report to it. Choose if the status should leave the task open or not . Click save and list

9. Follow 6, 7 and 8. Then go to Status+ -> Tasks -> New task, choose the type of task, fill in the information and choose a user to assign it to . Click save.
a. Go to the task you want to assign and on the right choose the users you want to assign the task to. Click save.
b. Yes, just click more users to assign it to and they will all receive the task.
c. Yes, go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Tasks and click the operations-icon of the task. There you see all the information about the task.
d. In the edit task menu on the top left choose a type of task from the listed ones.
e. Then the user wont be able to see any information about the task like the address or the clients name.
f. In the edit task menu on the bottom you can choose an area of control. Click save.
g. In the edit task menu on the top right you can switch the bar to the priority you want. Click save.
h. No, you dont have to assign it to a user in the same step as you create it. You can assign unassigned tasks later.
i. Go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Open tasks
j. The user is able to close the task by changing the phase of task to one that is chosen to not keep the task open. ???????

l. Go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Open tasks and click the icon on the right . Now you see the map with the if selected control area of the task. On the top you can choose the radius of available users and on the left you see them. Click the assign task-icon to assign the chosen task.
m. Yes, go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Tasks, here you see all the tasks ever created unless they have not been deleted.
n. Yes, go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Tasks, here you see all the tasks ever created unless they have not been deleted. Now click the operations-icon to see all the information.
10. Status+ -> Users status on map
a. Go to Status+ -> Tasks -> Open tasks and click the icon on the right . Now you see the map with the if selected control are of the task. On the top you can choose the radius of available users and on the left you see them sorted by distance.
