DeMusliM: The people saying serious were badmannered etc is completely wrong. We sat there in a channel for 40 minutes while getting flamed by the whole team for their player Winner, not having a host. Threats from NightWolf and TeRRoR especially were quite "funny" to hear : "i'm going to smash you're face at lan" NightWolf. and the Polish comments made by terror equally as amusing. We found the player hosts, we offered ggc but enough was enough. We waited in game for 10 mins including 30 mins before while LanFaN.Ange claimed a host was coming if only to delay. while only ChoB was able to make chat with us in game, Winner did not join after this wait and the admin gave def-loss.
Rax: We offered to play the game between Winners and Xlord on GGClient or a host from the USA. Winners wasn't able to use GGClient, at least he claimed that as we started negotiations about a possible host 10 PM. Because he didn't want to play on GGClient, we asked LanFan to search an USA host. LanFan didn't manage to get one for more than 30 minutes and regarding the aspect that this was only the second(!) map(!!) of the match, we requested default win after more than 40 minutes of waiting and while getting flamed by the whole team for their player Winner, not having a host. Interestingly enough, Winners GGClient was working all of a sudden once admins decided to give us default win.
If you keep in mind that the whole clanwar with two default-wins took over four hours and lasted until 1 AM, we made the right choice. Imagine this would happen in a topmatch when people are waiting in a cinema to spectate the games.
As I wrote above, we've been patient and friendly, but enough is enough. Teams like LanFan should be able to organise a host for their foreign players in time or agree on the given hosts. Maybe explaining their players how GGClient works, would help too.

Das Verhalten vom zuständigen Teamcaptain "Ange" im betreffenden Spiel war eines der schlechtesten welches man in einem internationalen Vergleich überhaupt an den Tag legen kann. Nicht nur dass Spiele bewusst verzögert worden sind, unterschwellige Beleidigungen waren an der Tagesordnung. Dies führte dazu dass mitten im Spiel eine Verwarnung für Ange ausgesprochen worden ist.
Um es noch einmal zu betonen: Wir haben angeboten dass erste Spiel gegen Winners im GGClient oder(!) auf einem US-amerikanischen Host zu spielen. Beides wurde von LanFan abgelehnt, viel mehr wurde uns vorgeschlagen es mit einem koreanischen Host zu versuchen...
