Inside Navi. Etwa 40 Minuten über die Gründe der Kicks sowie Infos zum neuen Roster. Recht sehenswert.

-The players have played well individually, but failed to communicate with each other about problems or different ideasZitat von f00ky0kurze zusammenfassung plox :p
-This is attributed to DotA players being naturally introverted. The CSGO squad just screams at each other and are fine afterwards, the DotA roster keeps everything inside until it explodes
One example of the introverted personality is Sonneiko, who only gave one interview in two years
-They want a new form of team, one that focuses on professionalism and leaves personal stuff at the door.
-They should treat dota as a job, not a hobby you play with friends. The management will pick the players based on statistics and scouting.
-They will consider players of every nationality, not just CIS. Dendi and General were the two people that agreed to playing in this environment
-Goblak coached for Boston, shoutout to him for working under the bad atmosphere and many difficulties. It is not decided whether he will continue coaching.
-They hope to implement psychological support in the future. The old roster didn't agree to it.
-They want Resolut1on for a number of reasons, one being that he "doesn't have CIS mentality", but he is with DC. They believe they will work with him in the long run though.
Manager denies hatred or direct conflict amongst the team and agrees that he was part of the failure.
Bootcamp before TI was uncoordinated and more relaxed. It was in the US, same house as fnatic and Liquid.
-They didn't have their analyst with them, just the boys. The bootcamp for Boston was in Kyiv, but it didn't quite go according to plan.
-The changes in who drafted for the team were an attempt to make the roster work, because they felt "they had to do something". The draft should have been ready before anyway, since they prepared for their opponents.
-While Sonneiko, Artstyle and Dendi all have leadership qualities, there was no clear leader. While the manager feels Akbar is one of the best player in the world, he clearly lacks in communication skills needed to lead. Artstyle didn't want to lead, so Dendi took over, but it affected his nerves and was harder on him than on the others.
-They want the players to stream, they think it's important for their popularity, their future and to overcome psychological barriers.
-There will not be a junior or academy team. They want to sign individual players instead.
-Main goal is to minimize the shuffles. Constant roster changes are not just a CIS problem anymore, but a general one in DotA, and they think it's unprofessional. In CSGO, they only changed 2 players in the last 2 years.
-Finally, they thank all the players, summarize that it had been a good time and they all had learned a lot. -They are disappointed that after all they faced, and despite playing very well before TI, the problem in the end was in their heads, not their skills.
-They also thank the fans and haters for support and comments. They are sad that the mentality is generally that when you win, everybody loves you, but when you lose you get flamed. They want to see it as a long term development, not just from game to game.

also verliert mvp den slot?
Subregel:
Subs are no longer registered in the roster lock period. Teams that qualify for a Major event will be able to issue a Substitute Player invite to any one player not participating in the Major once the qualifiers for that Major are done. If they so choose, any main player from a team with a sub can then yield their spot to the team's sub by clicking on the 'Switch to Sub' button in the 'My team' tab.
